Brand new item in original packaging, just like purchasing from a store. Exactly as described. Good price and it arrived quickly. This is the small handheld unit, not the one with the extendable handle. After charging for a couple of hours, it works as it should. It should be good enough for light duty scrubbing. The seller fulfilled the selling part and I am happy that it was available. I saw one in a store years ago and always wanted one to use in the bathroom, and now I do. Excellent seller!
I was sent the wrong item but the seller admitted his mistake and gave me several options to resolve the issue. Fantastic Seller and transaction! May want to consider shipping in a box to protect contents. The cap and spray lid came off and broke, but I made do with my empty cap. Was packaged nicely but with the way shipping goes these days just needs added protection. Thank you so much!
