  1. Sorry for the delay in responding - but you guessed it - the dear old post office let us down (again). Despite telling me via their tracker that it would be delivered last Friday it finally turned up today! The coat is beautiful (and worth the wait).   2. This item was well packed and exactly as described and I received free delivery too. Though there was a hold up with the delivery, the seller was very communicative and refunded the cost of the item as the delivery had not appeared. However, I then received the parcel and repaid the seller. In the end the whole experience was positive and I really love the coat. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Bricklane Bargains again.
