This original concert poster is for the Memorial Day Weekend Jam on the River '99 in Philadelphia. This is the fifth in the Electric Factory Numbered Series Posters. The shows include Ratdog ( Bob Weir and Rob Wasserman ), Bo Diddley, Los Lobos, Spin Doctors, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Toots and the Maytalls and more. An image of a hippy Ben Franklin in shorts, sandles and a ponytail guitar surfin' over a field of skulls as grass. This image was determined 'unsuitable' after printing so it was not used and a new one was done. An objection was raised as to the appropriateness of the skulls for a Memorial Day poster...so this is an unreleased poster--the 'a' poster or first version. The 'b' poster or second version is the one actually used to promote the festival. Signed in gold ink by the artist David Dean (Posterchild), it measures 13 x 21" and is in mint condition.
