  1. It took 8 days to ship. I did inquire on day 4 & was told it had been picked up that day (Saturday) but it hadn't. It wasn't shipped out until the following Wednesday, therefore I missed out on them being vacay shoes which was their intent. Also, not offering combined/discounted shipping is a crime against their customers. I paid $32 for 4 pairs of shoes to be shipped in a single box (so they combined, just didn't pass on the savings). I will still shop because they have great hosts & products.

  2. Quality is top notch, Skechers arrived in perfect condition well packaged and brand new as described too. Nice appearance with great value. Seller described that shoes don’t have tags and l asked if they can put some Skechers tags and they did, l am going to other another pair of Skechers and more stuffs from this seller.   3. Bag arrived in great condition! It’s a beautiful bag, I’m super happy with my purchase! Shipping took awhile, but I’m sure that was no fault of the seller. They did a good job packaging, putting the tote in a plastic bag in case of rain, but also in a box for the shipping process. The product arrived as described and is a great value- they were selling it comparable to other sellers, but in the pattern I wanted!
