The seller had GREAT communication. This thing is brand new straight out of the box. Grade A quality figure and the appearance of it is top notch like no other! This TRULY is the best Batman figure you can get today for the money. All of the gadgets and poses you can do with it are out of this world! I think I want to buy a second one!

They first shipped my item, and it was coming from China I believe, well it didn't take long to get into the United States, but when it got here, USPS made some kind of error, and they seized the package. This was no fault of the seller. They could have hung me out to dry because it was a matter that was out of their hands.   3. Considering the shipping time was said to either be two weeks or whole month after I initially ordered it, I thrilled it showed up within two weeks. Box was packed nicely- it had about three layers before you got to the actual figures box, so there was no damage or anything! It was exactly as advertised, the pre-order version that came with the Bruce Wayne head sculpt and the like.
