Print after a painting: Portrait of Eleazar Swalmius (1582-1652). Etching, and Copper engraving by Anonymous, after Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn (1606-1669), c. 1680. Good condition. Nice and strong impression. Mounted on an early 19th century album leaf, with a short biography in an old manuscript. This album leaf is mounted onto 20th century paper. Note: the original painting is held in the collection of the Koninklijk Museum voor Schone Kunsten in Antwerp. Dimensions: 125 x 97 mm.
