Excellent communication with Seller. Item was not in excellent condition as advertised as down was leaking from coat (I found this to be the case with 2 other identical jackets from other Sellers.). Great packaging. This Eddie Bauer Down Hooded Jacket was leaking a lot of down. I informed seller and the seller responded appropriately. However the item should not have been described as in excellent condition. Fast shipping.
I want to credit were it is due. The seller allowed me to get a refund after the size was stated as XL but the jacket was actually an XXL. I am very appreciative for the seller's understanding and compliance. Good seller in danmarcoolstuff.
Item was in good shape but the size had been altered and was too small. Was not noted in the description so I will need to send back. Shipping was fast and packing was done well.
