Excellent quality & condition, a real value, & brand new as described. Shipped in a protective cardboard mailing envelope, & the shipping process took a little over a week. The item looks beautiful, & the CD’s & DVD sound wonderful as well! The DVD picture is clear & well restored. Received item as described and packaged well. Listing indicated shipping was free. Ordered on the 7th but by the 14th noticed it hadn’t been shipped yet. Seller responded quickly saying that during the purchase process that it said it would not be shipped until the 22nd because they use a fulfillment house. I don’t recall seeing anything about delayed shipping during the process or in the listing. While I appreciate the prompt response to my inquiry, other buyers should be aware of delays.
Top notch quality, better than I thought. Once I received the package in the mail the condition was as described, if not better. The shipping & packaging went very well, when I took the game out of the packaging, visually the appearance was nearly flawless looking, being again, as described in both the description and the pictures.
