The overall quality of this backpack and lunchpail is surprisingly pretty good given the blind purchase that I made. Seller is excellent at communicating and items are as described. The shipping part of it, which is no fault of the seller because I’m in a totally different country, that part definitely could be better. Again, seller has no control over shipping once it leaves their hands. Super happy will be buying for my other children soon.
This store not only communicated wonderfully anytime. I had questions. The product got here five days earlier than expected and it was exactly what we wanted. I could not be happier with this purchase or the store 10 out of 10 will definitely order again. and the personal customization on not only the backpack, but the pencil case and the lunchbox was just icing on the cake.
Backpack as described, generally. Shipping was slow- but not unexpectedly so for international. I did reach out and explain it was for my grandson and added his name to make it personalized. When we received it, it said ‘Spidey and HER’ friends in front of my grandson’s name. Waited a long time for for it to be slightly incorrect..
