  1. Sent in Pandora package (sort of a collapsible box/bag) inside a padded envelope. This is a gift, so I was fortunate the Pandora box didn’t get crushed too much and I was able to salvage it. I suggest that seller send items in small outer carton to protect the Pandora packaging OR if a padded mailing envelope is used, enclose the flat, unfolded Pandora package in the envelope and let the customer “assemble” it (just requires opening or unfolding) to reduce risk of it being squashed in the mail.

When I opened the box it was exactly as described as if I went to the Bulova store and purchased it there. Brand new, original box and tags.
