Vernon Kilns California USA, Winchester ‘73 “Frontier Days” Pattern of Covered Wagon and Cowboys by the Campfire. Hand Painted Ceramic 10.5” Diameter Dinner Plate. Excellent Condition. Smoke/Pet Free Environment. Vernon Kilns produced the Winchester '73 pattern in 1950 to coincide with the release of Universal International's picture of the same name. It was produced until 1953 when the name was changed to Frontier Days, which was produced until 1954. Artwork is by Paul Davidson.
