I'm in Phoenix AZ. Ordered the 4000W scooter. I received in 14 days, but it could have been 7 days! I delayed it as I was out of town. The scooter comes as advertised. In a crate, you must assemble the handle bars, front tire and brake caliper. Pretty simple. The instructions and video link are not prefect, but the task is pretty simple. Communication from seller was fast and courteous (1 digit was left out of tracking# so that caused a little confusion). Would buy again.
There were alot of uncontrollable issues after purchasing this item. Hurricane in Texas stopped shipping, once it arrived the packaging was destroyed, battery was was missing. The saler was very responsive and did everything they could to make the issue right. Probably the best response time I've ever had and super friendly. I would definitely do business again!
I could not hope to deal with a better company than this, I managed to break one of the levers on the handle bars (on the gate post) when I contacted the company to buy a new lever, they posted a replacement set to me free of charge
