  1. Dispatch took longer than expected, apparently the item was damaged by Canada Post and returned to the seller. They contacted me and offered a refund or wait until another shipment came in, then a power outage apparently caused their next arriving shipment a delay, but no replacement part was available. I feel a neutral is fair, I had to chase comms. I expressly chose a Canadian seller to get it more quickly and now I've been without a dryer for over 2 weeks. Refund was prompt though when asked.

  2. Fast shipping, item as described. I wish this item were packed better, as it is heavy yet was in a thin cardboard box that was torn open by the time I got it and a piece had been broken off due to the inadequate packaging and the subsequent rough handling by the shipping carrier. However, the item works great and the broken piece was not necessary for the function of the item.
