Item was as described. The Labubu outfit was very cute and had all the pieces. My daughter loves it. But $11 for shipping a small envelope was way too much. I ship large purses for the same price. And it took 3 weeks to receive. Ultimately I would not order again from this seller.
I didn’t receive my item because it got delivered to the wrong address (not the seller’s fault) BUT the seller was very understanding and was quick to solve the issue and gave me a refund. Very good customer service! Thanks again!
