Excellent customer service. I bought the item knowing one function was partially defective, as clearly stated in the description. I had hoped to use the lens for a project that didn’t require that feature, but it turned out I did need it. I repacked it as received and submitted a return request. The seller chose to issue a partial refund and let me keep the lens. I ended up donating it to a young photographer battling cancer. I told him about the defect, but he loves it!
Item arrived EXACTLY as advertised. Described as “Mint A+++” condition, they were exactly that. Item was enclosed in triple layered bubble wrap, item was in all original factory packaging, box, papers ect,.Not a blemish on any of it. The vendor shipped the same day fed ex, item was received promptly! Excellent vendor to buy from. Would recommend to even the most meticulous buyer!
