Description
The FM3A was a limited production model and is highly collectable. Aperture priority AE electronic or mechanical hybrid shutter (functions well manually without a battery.). Max 1/4000, 1/250m flash synch. This one is fully functional including electronics and motor drive. There is minor edge wear. Lens- f3.5 Nikkor 43-86 zoom, clean glass. I bought this from a Japanese dealer some months ago. I shot a roll of film (see photo of negatives) and enjoyed the handling. Without the motor drive it is quite compact compared to other earlier Nikons, for instance the F4. Closer to a Minolta SRT. I am a hobbyist and not a dealer. I buy vintage cameras that catch my interest, just to experience them, and then I turn around and sell most. My eBay “business” is a hobby as well, and I enjoy making buyers happy and sharing interests and experience. If I missed anything during my inspection, please let me know. I am not a technician.
