The lens arrived with the manual focus not working. Contacted the seller and the issue was resolved with a partial refund. Would be nice to avoid the frustration altogether, but it happens. The seller took good care with packaging and the shipping was immediate. It wasn't as described (due to the manual focus not working) , but with the partial refund for repair, the final price was a of good value. Seller was quick with communication and positive towards a solution that works for both parties.
