Item was as described. Shipping was quick. When I opened the box where it was carefully packed I was so happy to see what beautiful condition it was in. It looked new. And, most of all, I was really pleased that I got it at such a good price
Upon receipt of item, I contacted seller to report that one of the 'arms' to the blender head was missing. I sent photos of where it was missing and what it should look like. I returned it to her and after receipt, she refunded my $20.
