The box it was delivered in was torn, the items inside were not packaged. they were in the box loose and the HDMI cable was missing. This was supposed to be a brand new box set, however my son had a HDMI cable. We set it up and it is working fine at the moment. It is supposed to have a guarantee of 2 years, as bought new, but there was no invoice inside. I am going to keep it, as it is working, but feel like it is not new as advertised. I could have got a used one for half the price I paid.
