Once i received my purchase i opened up the box to prepare to assemble my new shoe rack. As i noticed, the description didn't match what i purchased. Once i contacted the seller to let (them) know that I wasn't satisfied, (they) responded back giving me the option of (send back w/ full refund or keep, w/ partial refund). I chose partial, because I could use SOME of the pieces to repair a broken shoe rack I've had for a couple of years.
A good price on eBay but this was drop shipped from Amazon and so I paid about 57% more than Amazon's price but since I've never used Amazon, paying more to get it on eBay that I use all of the time wasn't that bad. The coin wrappers were great but I did have a problem because the seller didn't provide the tracking until a week later the night before it was delivered. Packed well by Amazon seller.
Item never arrived however, the seller kept in touch with me and even though the post office used the same tracking number twice and it showed the item as delivered, seller still refunded me. So even though it put me in a lurch getting Christmas gifts in time, I would still recommend them to a friend as honest sellers.
