  1. I purchased a set of Details West pewter F unit coupler cut lever detailing pieces, which purported to have two full sets of left/right levers. Four left side pieces were packaged by the manufacturer, and no right side pieces. I contacted Nitro RC Hobbies, the seller, and they sent an additional set at no cost. The new set was just like the old one, but the fault was with Details West, not Nitro. I appreciated Nitro's efforts to correct the situation. They get five stars in my book.
