The wrong item was originally sent, but the seller was extremely responsive and remedied the issue by immediately sending out the correct part, so I had no issues. The part was exactly as described, in great used condition. The item worked well and was a great value. The item was in great shape and worked as it should. Great seller who was excellent to work with. Unfortunately, after being fixed, had another issue with the washer that was unable to be fixed.
Washing machine spider arrived in 1 1/2 days, which was a total surprise. Item was shipped FedEx and packaged very well. While I haven't yet installed this unit, it does appear to be the exact unit as listed and it's quite clean, showing little use. Spindle looks to be in good condition. Of course, I'll know more when I install the part, but for now, I'm really pleased with the customer service. Seller was fast to respond when I had a question.
Totally positive experience. The description was accurate and helpful. The communication was prompt and effective. Packaging was exemplary and time from placing the order to receipt of the item was all anyone could expect. Most of all, the part worked even though it was a used part.
