  1. Unfortunately they sent a lesser quality item as they didn’t have the exact one advertised but were fast to respond to my msg and accept blame with no hesitation to refund. I wish all businesses were as willing to be as accountable for their mistakes as these guys. So even though they messed up and stuffed me around they probably thought they were doing the right thing sending me something though not the exact item so I’m still giving them a positive for accountability.
