Package was damaged in shipping and one shoe was lost. It was disappointing to not get what I bought, but the seller was quick to reapond to my communication and refund once I did the official reporting of it. The loss is not the seller's fault. I do suggest sturdier packaging for heavy leather shoes as you never know with the post office!
