Cap is as described, and the packaging was great. This Cap was shipped USPS which ended up messed up. On one notice I was informed the Postal Carrier could not gain access to the shipping address to deliver. The next day I was advised the package had been delivered at 1037 hrs. Checking for the package revealed no delivery had beeainn made. At approximately 1700 hrs. the manager of the property advised the package had just arrived and had been placed in my mailbox. USPS does it again.
Seller was quick to respond about a question on the product. The product did arrive in new condition as stated. The plastic was still even on the item. The quality of the packing was great as well. Was worried since it was a smaller item it might get lost in transit.
