I did not receive my American Eagle dark brown . I received two pair of Cognac. Shipping , the description of the boot packaging was secure, the price was satisfying , but not the same boot twice. This is or was a Christmas gift and now they have to wait which is not what I expected. Please send me the American Eagle 7W wide calf dark brown boot I ordered and paid for .
Shoes were in as good of condition as pictured. Price was appropriate, and seller shipped out VERY promptly. Would not hesitate to purchase from seller again. Shipping costs were a little high, but to seller's credit the item was shipped out within 12-18 hours, so they are least are prompt and respectful of time when charging higher shipping fees.
