When contacted, seller was very responsive and willing to provide an alternative resolution, considering shipping costs and that seller did not offer returns. I would recommend again, and note that the seller has very good reviews, consistent with my experience.
Shipped on time, as described. Although the original box was packed well, the tools inside the box could have used a bit more packaging, as they were free to shift around. But, the tip of the punch looks fine for a used item, and the setting die is basically indestructible, so I'm okay with it, especially given the price. Would purchase from this seller again.
A sale which went very smoothly. Item had a high risk on damage (plexi windows) but this was super tackled by the seller. Well packed and proffesional shipped overseas.
