Thanks, great product mostly as descibed, it's the right item but I received the pearl colour, rather than the black I thought I was getting, due to the photo, but it's all good and looks even better. Very happy with the price and seller communication prior to delivery. Delivery time was reasonable and it arrived well packaged and secure, a day earlier than expected. Der Artikel ist angekommen und entspricht im Großen und Ganzen den Fotos. Allerdings ist unklar, warum der Modellname in der Beschreibung nirgends angegeben ist – das ist ziemlich unpraktisch. Ein weiterer Nachteil: Als ich den Verkäufer kontaktierte, um mehr als einen Artikel zu kaufen (ich wollte zwei) und den Versand zusammenlegen zu lassen, wurde dies abgelehnt. Der Versand ist ziemlich teuer (€12), daher war das etwas ärgerlich.
Based on my experience, a highly-trusted seller with responsive and cooperative customer support. There was a logistical error with my order, which they have solved quickly and I did not have any kind of disadvantage. They response quickly to the messages - and actually help out the customer in case of a problem. I got what I ordered in original, boxed condition.
