  1. Sadly, part of the statue was damaged during packaging. The seller was forthright in their communication and explained the damage and offered acceptable remedies. Due to the nature of the damage, I opted for a full refund. I am sad that it worked out the way it did however I will definitely be visiting this sellers store in the future as they are very stand up and easy to work with. No risk working with them at all.
