Vintage Lladro Angels “Angel Care” 5727 Porcelain Figurine This sweet single-cast two-angels figurine depicts two celestial angels resting on a billowy cloud as one brushes the other's wings. Made of fine porcelain with a glossy glaze finish. Angel Care, catalogue number # 5727, was introduced in 1990 and retired in 2001, was designed by Francisco Polope, a Spanish sculptor whose artistic designs are produced by Lladro. The figurine with unmistakable Lladro glaze and characteristic earthy tones measures about 5" tall x 2-3/4" wide x 7-1/2" long. It weighs in at about 1 lb. before packaging. The underside has both incised marks and Lladro stamp. Made in Valencia, Spain. In Near Mint vintage condition. Presents well and displays wonderfully. No chips, nicks, cracks or repairs. Clean and free of stains and unsightly stickers and sticker residues. Will ship double boxed via USPS Priority Mail.
Item arrived earlier than expected and that’s fantastic! The price for the item was definitely reasonable. The item was in great condition. The appearance of the boxed item was not the best, but it was not the sellers fault! We communicated and both understood it was the delivery driver that is at fault. What a great item this is - a hand forged metal dragon on a rock signed by the artist. The seller shipped it out fast and I received it within a day or two. Packed to cushion the treasure, it arrived safely. The item is as described and though I’m no professional, the price was a good value. I love this original whimsical well made contented dragon art.
