This train is for Christmas morning for my son but just looking at this train in person almost makes me cry. First train purchase ever and I bombarded Bill with many questions about the train and what all I needed to get this up and running. He responded quickly and effortlessly. The item shipped quickly with them giving it to the post the day after I ordered, and the item arrived on time and in 2 days. They also sold the item for a great price, with it having a new BRC, and being serviced. And lastly the engine looked just as it did in the photos, with there being no damage because how good the packing was done.
