Skeleton left arm has been glued . comes with universal adapter. you need to use the biggest lug and do not touch any settings on the adapter or item will not work and you may blowout bulbs.. It puts out 4.5 volts and inputs 120v. do not touch polarity!!! Bought out a COLLECTOR'S house!!!! A 5000+ square foot house stacked almost to the ceiling with STUFF!! Clothes , Ornaments, Collectibles, Dept 56, Housewares, Christmas, Jewelry, Seasonal, you name it. She had Over 500 UNOPENED QVC and HSN Boxes, She had boxes of Shoes with receipts and never worn or even taken out of the box. Some of the items were purchased as far back as 1985.
