Ornament was exactly as represented and arrived with an internal bag as well as then being wrapped in bubble wrap. The box was also nicely lined in bubble wrap, and the nice note was appreciated. Shipping price was fair. Seller definitely made sure that the ornament would arrive in perfect condition.

Item arrived broken. Based on pictures, and since the packaging was fine, I am confident it was improper handling during shipping. I was able to put it back together. It is not perfect but passable.
