  1. Item was as described. Item could have been better packaged. One layer of bubble wrap around a heavy metal object in a cardboard box being handled by the USPS doesn't quite cut being safely package. Item did arrive okay but the box had been taped over quite a bit. Overall it was a smooth transaction.
