The item was very quickly packaged and arrived before the delivery estimate. The box was slightly damaged as mentioned in the description, the manual inside was also slightly water damaged. The box was unopened and all the pieces were there, my son loved it. There was also a thank you letter with lego cards which was a nice touch.
