This is for a Retired 2015 Lego Seasonal Limited Edition Set of a Christmas Train and it is 100% Complete and in Excellent Condition . This set was assembled in 2015 and was Always Both Adult Owned & Handled . The set was Never Played With but, it was displayed from 2015 to October of 2024, at which time it was carefully disassembled and placed into bags that are clearly identifiable as one being to build the set, the other extra pieces, and the last for the instructions. There were window pieces like what is shown in the second photo that were not completely taken apart due to the difficulty in being able to do so and do keep in mind that this corresponds to all window pieces like the one shown in the second photo not being able to be taken apart, how ever many that may be. The instructions are in Excellent Condition and were handled very carefully, infact the spine is not even cracked so therefore, the book will close shut automatically unless you are a little ways into it. Furthermore, the instructions do have a little piece of scotch tape stuck on them on the one side that opens up the book and it can best be seen in the third photo. All the bricks are in Excellent Condition , but might still show Mild Wear from Age, Storage, and Usage . The box that it comes in is in Very Good Condition and in addition to showing Mild Wear from Age & Storage , the flaps were completely ripped off from the sides when it was orginally being opened up as shown in the fourth photo, there is also a piece of scotch tape on the one side of the box as shown in the ninth photo and it was placed on the side in order to keep in shut when it storage, and finally, there are mild creases as well as small bulges that can be found throughout the box. Please take a look at the photos in order to better judge the overall condition of the item for yourself. *Please note that the box that the lego comes in will arrive to you tied shut with string in order to keep the box closed on its way to you in order to avoid the box opening up and spilling its contents into the larger shipping box while in transit*.
