Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1983). Oleg Dmitrievich Maslyakov was born in Sevastopol. Lived in Tula (1933-1953), studied at the art studio of N. I. Orekhov. He graduated from the Moscow Art School in memory of 1905, studied with S. Dobroserdov. During his studies, he was engaged in front film advertising in cinemas in Moscow, created the first political posters. Since 1957 he has been constantly working in the field of social and political posters. He worked in the Workshop of visual agitation of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR. Since 1990 he has been painting.
