The item was as described but I receive it via Walmart and I thought it was a scam. I spent a lot of time trying to clarify the situation. The seller never contacted me to tell me that Walmart was sending the item. The seller said that it was the same no matter who deliver it but it was not the same for me. My credit card was in the line and certainly with the amount of scams going on, it can be very scary. So, no Mr. seller. It was not the same for me. You should have notified me.
Awful seller! They initially claimed they couldn't ship and tried to make me cancel. After I pushed back, they vaguely said they'd 'try again' with no tracking. My messages were ignored, and they sent the wrong, useless item. I got an item refund, but I'm stuck with shipping costs for something I can't use. The seller is completely unresponsive. Avoid unless you want a frustrating experience
There was a mixup with my order delivered to the wrong address. Seller took care of the situation ASAP ship the item to me and it made it to the right address. I appreciate the seller taking care of this and communicating with me without any problems I will order from them again in the future.
