I've ordered from Rarewaves here in the US and the UK multiple times, and continue to do so. They always seem to have something I can't find anywhere else at all or for a reasonable price. When I purchase used items, they are as described, if not a grade better. Aways a quick turnaround after ordering, every item arrives promptly, professionally packaged. Many orders have free shipping, even for solitary item orders. I never needed a reason to communicate, as I've had no cause. Recommended.
Shipping was fast! However, before buying I tried to find out more about their listing - it said it included a "12" vinyl album with CD". Their reply simply repeated what the listing said - I wanted to know more about the CD that was included. Turns out it was a packaged deal - the CD was included inside the album jacket, no insert or track listing with the CD, which I would have liked to have had to match in storing like the rest of my CDs. It's a great value, but a little disappointing.
Item arrived still wrapped as advertised but it must have taken some damage in transit since it arrived with a couple cracks and a small chunk of the frame of the case had completely detached. BUT the discs were still undamaged so I messaged the seller to tell them I was still going to keep the item I just wanted to let them know about the issue and they messaged me back and offered me 20% off the order to make up for the inconvenience. Great seller. Would purchase from them again.
