The item was returned to the seller because of the carrier used to deliver. Amazon Logistics and something called Zinc do not understand anything about rural mailboxes. Until that is fixed and/or more sellers use USPS Advantage for customers having rural mailboxes, this will continue to be ongoing problem. In this case the seller had received the returned package and gave me a full refund. The seller was quick to respond to my request for a full refund.
I'm leaving positive feedback, as the seller upheld their end of the transaction. Unfortunately, it was UPS who completely dropped the ball, misdelivering the order, and not owning up to that fact.
