Package came undamaged shipping could have been a bit better than what I mean by that is the package was not protected at all and it is plastic it should have been wrapped in bubble wrap or some sort of Foam around it but otherwise the package arrived as it is supposed to Undamaged thankfully would buy from these guys again they have great For affordable prices and by affordable I mean anywhere from as low as $20 all the way up to $40 which is kind of rare to find and most ATV used parts
The shipping was quick, arrived in good time. Packing was excellent, the chain guard was well protected. It was exactly as described, a used part in good condition; it fits perfectly on my bike. It was a good value; I will look to Arkansas Cycle Works for any additional pre-owned parts I may need. Their communication with me, the customer, was undeniably good.
It took a while to get to Australia, nearly a month. Thats not the seller's fault or responsibility. That's on parcel services and Christmas. The product however, was well packed when I received it, and it's all there. Better condition than i thought it would be, and seems to have come from a low mileage unit, or the unit was well looked after. Thank you!
