  2. Good service. The item’s appearances and conditions are as shown. The seller provided a timely shipment. While I can tell the seller took care packaging the item, the necklace was too ‘loose’ within its box and a stone came off during shipment. I will need to repair the item. It shouldn’t be too difficult. Other than that, this seller did all the right things.
