Exactly as described, and received quickly. I thought that the packaging was suspect, as the inner box laid directly against the bottom and in the corner of two sides, that is, there was no additional bubblewrap between the inner box (with the vacuum tubes inside) and the outer box (will be subjected to drops and throws from the shipping company). But a quick test showed that the tubes were in good condition. Great value and I hope to purchase more from them in the future.
Fast shipping and well packaged. The case arrived in good condition overall and looked great, until I opened it and seen that the interior storage compartment was moving around loose inside the case. I contacted customer support and after a bit of confusion on their part was cleared up, they offered to make everything right, but by that point, I had repaired the issue, so all was ok. Happy with the guitar case now, and the price was very fair. Thank you guys.
