  1. Very professional communication excellent. Post office kinda of lacking in the finding out what happened department and a BS store about a part may have snagged the package…in all the time I’ve sent package ground mail never in my life has it been damaged and lost all in the same time. Never ever had that happen. Trying to blow smoke up my butt. Ok could it happen possibly what are the chance of it look like a perfect cut and the bubble wrap come out off the tight small plastic envelope.
