Part was exactly the same as my OEM honda part, worked great on my car, noticed an improvement right away. Item was supposedly shipped on time, but didn't leave till the following week. USPS and other shippers gave notifications that there was a delay in shipping. So I still give the seller a 5 star on shipping, as I don't believe the delay was sellers fault. Seller has excellent communication, even checked with me before approving the part to ship. Will buy from again.
It is always impressive with a seller goes beyond what they need to to make things Right. Life is not perfect nor are ebay seller's parts. The part I got, a used part, failed. Not only did the seller want to make this right but the seller offered a new part in it's place so I did not have to have the body shop risk replacing it again. There should be a superstar rating on outstanding seller support. If there was I would give it. highly recommended.
It got to the house so fast I had to remember it wasn’t prime shipping lol! Great OEM unit much better than those knockoffs on Amazon. Awesome communication and customer service. These people are doing it right!
