As stated in the item description the guitar was indeed brand new with tags. Was very anxious while waiting for delivery but I need not have as the item was packed incredibly securely and even had it fallen out if the sky I'm sure it would land undamaged. I did have to contact the seller regarding customs charges added on by ParcelForce once it arrived in the UK but this was not the fault of the seller it was mine for not reading the listing fully.
Great quality, the guitar was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition! The seller packaged the guitar extremely well and when opened everything was perfect and the appearance was as per the images advertised! Great value and great service from the seller and I will be sure to order from them again!🙏 I even received a thank you letter with an origami bird from the seller, awesome personal touch!
This seller is awesome,the shipping was by Fedex and was delivered to my door step one day after it landed in my country. The pacakaging of the Lego was very very good.It was wrapped in a protective plastic and had reinforced protection in the box to protect the Lego Box. Awesome service. Will Buy again
