The spring tension is 5 way adjustable. The spring adjuster tool is included. These shocks are ideal for converting to a Bobber or if you just want to lower your bike. The proper grommets are preinstalled for ease of installation. These shocks come ready to install and require no further modifications. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. THESE ARE SHORT SHOCKS.
