Dress arrived well-packaged and quickly, but a large button on front was missing so it couldn’t close. When I requested a return, the seller replied that they had reviewed the photos and determined that the button was there when it was mailed. This was not possible because where the button was supposed to be was hidden in the listing photos by the strap and there was no loose button in the package. Seller eventually sent a label for return but should not have denied clear photographic evidence.
