Exactly as described...brand new, in the original box and had never been opened. This was the best price ANYWHERE on this item in this condition, and even better that some used ones as well. BUT..the thing is..the shipping ! Fastest I have ever had, and it has happened over and over with these folks. Absolutely superb, and I sincerely mean that. I will never hesitate to buy from them. Item arrived in good shape. I was worried after it was "lost" in shipping for about 24 hours and the box was pretty beat up when it was delivered to me. Fortunately the box was an exterior box to provide extra padding for the item, which was safe inside the manufacturer's box. The second box and extra padding certainly helped with, what I imagine was a rough ride. Thank you, Sweetwater, for taking the extra steps to protect the item. Excellent seller. Fast shipping. I received this item on time as described by the seller. However, the box it came in was completely crushed with split open corners and the retail box the headphones came in was damaged as well. Ultimately the headphones inside were not damaged which is the main concern. It's impossible to know whether the box was damaged in transit or left the seller that way but either way I received a crushed box. I'm satisfied overall about the purchase.
