Marvel Comics ... " Iron Man !!! ". Wow !! ... and, you all know the story of Iron Man - right ? Or should I say ... also ( formerly known as Tony Stark ! ). Yet another Marvel Comics Brilliant ! Comic Masterpiece ! for the die-hard Comics Fans ! Created by Stan Lee ! - sometime in the Early '60's - Iron Man made his Comic ' Debut ' !! Known as Tony Stark ! - he was a successful - likable - wealthy businessman - etc. - but then ... he gets kidnapped & injured badly ! And if I remember correctly ... he builds himself an armored suit ( hence, Iron Man ! as we know him ) ... he then escapes from his captors - delivering some punishment, naturally - Super-Hero style ! Then, uses his freshly acquired " Superhero Powers " to - yep, you guessed it ... Save The World !! You know, in one way or another ... in Superhero fashion ! A Movie ! of this one was made in the not too-distant past - and it was actually a solid watch ! But just like any Fan might say ... there's nothing-like the Comic Book ! - Ha !! So if your reading this far ... it sounds like you might be in the Iron Man-Faithful Camp ! - or if you're like me - a Fan of the Grateful Dead !! Well, hey - if either, or both of these are the case - then here is your-chance for a Marvel Comics " Iron Man ! " meets Grateful Dead !! Backstage Pass !!! This one was made for the Grateful Dead's ' Last & Final ' 1995 Spring Tour ! - with the Venue being The Omni ! in Atlanta, GA !! I always chuckle when I think " Omni " - not only because I saw some Really-Hot ! G.D. Shows there ... but also because I saw a video of Jerry Garcia one time, long-long ago - and he's hanging out with the rest of the Band - well ... most of them - in a Limo ! naturally ... and he cracks a joke to the rest of them that's something like - " Remember the 1st time we played at The Omni - and like only 50 people showed up ?? ... Ha, Ha, Ha "- then laughter from all ... I get a kick out of that because - at the Spring '92 run - it was almost like a " crush your body " scene to get inside of those doors - the way security was handling it & all - Geeeezzz. I mean this was a seriously Ticketless ! scene going on outside the Venue for those way-sold-out 3-Shows ! - and it was getting kinda out of hand. But, once inside ... a totally peaceful scene - and the band Got Hot !!! I've always thought that run was a bit underrated - as the following Cap Center shows after the Hamptons really because " The Shows " from the perspective of many Dead Fans on this '92 Spring Tour. Nonetheless ... I think it's pretty darn cool that Iron Man himself made his way to a G.D. Backstage for Atlanta ! Does this mean that Tony Stark is actually a Braves Fans !? way down there somewhere under that Suit of Armor ! I sure bet he dug the " I Fought The Law ! " Encore at this 3/27/95 Omni Show !! As just think ... he had to get back to " Saving The World ! " right-after this March '95 run !! Ha ! Classic ... and a Totally-Classic ! G.D. / Marvel Comics Backstage Pass !!! How cool ...
